Sending your clients' hearing aids to us is simple

We always advise that you package the hearing aids in a strong box or container to avoid postal damage.

Post your client's hearing aid(s) to us using one of our Freepost envelopes.                  

Please contact us when your supplies are running low and we'll send you some more.

We return all hearing aids by Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Delivery, this is included in the cost of the repair.
