I have a pair of Phonak hearing aids, and after 6 years, one had developed an intermittent fault. I was beginning to resign myself to having to buy a new set. I found this website, sent off the hearing aid on Tuesday, and received it back, working perfectly, on Saturday! This entailed a call telling me that a part needed replacing, which I authorised. The service is fantastic, and I really couldn't believe how quick it was!
