During these unprecedented times the safety of our employees and valued customers is paramount. That's why we're doing our bit to support the national effort by adapting the ways in which we can continue to support you.

Although we're unable to assist you with face to face appointments, we're still able to offer you support by phone and by post. If you're worried about the functionality of your hearing aid, or need advice about cleaning/checking your hearing aid, repairs or batteries, you can call us between 10am -4pm from Monday to Friday on 01635 523343 and we'll do our very best to help. Alternatively you can email us at newburycentre@maryhare.org.uk

You can also access a hearing aid repair service by post from our sister company, the Hearing Aid Repair Shop (HARS). They also accept telephone and online orders for batteries, cleaning and drying products and wax guards. Full details can be found on their website.
