BBC South TodayIn March 2017 Mary Hare businesses; Arlington Laboratories, the Hearing Aid Repair Shop (HARS) and Arlington Arts Centre, were featured in a report on BBC South Today.

All three businesses contribute up to 100% of their profits to Mary Hare School, which is a non-maintained special school providing for profoundly and severely deaf children and young people from all over the UK. Pupils' fees are paid for by the Local Education Authority where they live, but any improvements the School wishes to make are paid for by the contributions from it's businesses and by fundraising.
