We're really sad to be saying goodbye to Tessa Jarvis, the Hearing Aid Repair Shop's Business Administrator, after 4 years. Tessa has been a wonderful asset and a highly enthusiastic ambassador for HARS over the years. She has helped thousands of customers, from the UK and overseas, to get their hearing aids repaired since 2014 and has made many friends along the way.
Tessa's last day will be this Friday - 20 October. Tessa and her husband are moving to Spain and, although we'll miss her so much and don't want her to go, we wish her all the best for her new life in the sunshine.
But you don't have to worry, Tessa is leaving HARS in good hands. HARS' new Business Administrator, Dorothy Willoughby, has already started training and will begin her new role on Monday 23 October. So you'll still get the same great customer service and quality repairs that you've come to expect from us.
