HARS Prime launches

If you need your hearing aids repaired in a hurry, why not try HARS Prime? HARS Prime means you’ll receive the Hearing Aid Repair Shop's priority service and you’ll get your repaired hearing aids back within 48 hours*.

How does HARS Prime work?

• Get your hearing aids into us by 1pm. We recommend that you use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service. Please write HARS PRIME on the outside of the parcel that you send to us, so we know to prioritise your repair.
• When we receive your hearing aids our technicians will assess what work needs to be done straight away.
• We’ll call you with a quote for the work between 10am - 1.30pm. Please ensure you’re contactable during this time, as we cannot proceed with the HARS Prime service if we don’t have your approval and payment by 1.30pm.
• Once you’ve given us your approval to go ahead and made payment in full, we’ll start work on repairing your hearing aids immediately.
• When we’ve finished your repair and posted it back to you, we’ll email you the tracking number so you can track the progress of your delivery.
• Your repaired hearing aids will be delivered to your door using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service.

How much does HARS Prime cost?

You’ll pay £40 for HARS Prime on top of our Standard Repair charge of £99.00 + any additional charges for amplifiers, case and RIC units. The HARS Prime charge includes delivery and VAT. Full payment must be made at the same time as approving our quote.
