Need your hearing aids repaired in a hurry? Then why not try HARS Prime. HARS Prime means you’ll receive our priority service and you’ll get your repaired hearing aids back within 48 hours*.
How does HARS Prime work?
- Get your hearing aids into us by 1pm. We recommend that you use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service. Please write HARS PRIME on the outside of the parcel that you send to us, so we know to prioritise your repair.
- When we receive your hearing aids our technicians will assess what work needs to be done straight away.
- We’ll call you with a quote for the work between 1pm - 2pm. Please ensure you’re contactable during this time, as we cannot proceed with the HARS Prime service if we don’t have your approval and payment by 2pm.
- Once you’ve given us your approval to go ahead and made payment in full (by credit or debit card only), we’ll start work on repairing your hearing aids immediately.
- When we’ve finished your repair and posted it back to you, we’ll email you the tracking number so you can track the progress of your delivery.
- Your repaired hearing aids will be delivered to your door using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service.

How much does HARS Prime cost?
You’ll pay £50 for HARS Prime on top of our Standard Repair charge (£135) or our Major Repair charge, if you need an amplifier, case or receiver wire. The HARS Prime charge includes delivery and VAT. Full payment must be made at the same time as approving our quote.
HARS Prime terms & conditions
- HARS Prime is only available Monday – Friday. HARS is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
- HARS Prime is not available to customers outside the UK.
- Hearing aids must be received by HARS by 1pm. If you use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service, as recommended, and your parcel does not reach us by 1pm please contact Royal Mail as the service has a money back guarantee if your item doesn't arrive on time. https://www.royalmail.com/personal/uk-delivery/special-delivery
- Your request for the HARS Prime service must be stated clearly on the outside of the parcel that you send to us and on your order paperwork included with your hearing aids.
- Our quote must be approved by 2pm on the day we receive your hearing aids.
- Full payment must be made, by credit or debit card only, at the same time as approving our quote.
- HARS Prime is dependent on:
- the availability of our technicians – if we are short staffed due to annual leave or staff sickness HARS Prime will not be available and you will receive our standard service and will be charged our standard rates. You’ll be informed of this when we call you with our quote. If you have already paid for HARS Prime through our online shop we will refund this charge.
- the availability of the appropriate parts – if the repair of your hearing aids will be delayed, due to the relevant parts not being immediately available, you will receive our standard service and will be charged our standard rates. You’ll be informed of this when we call you with our quote. If you have already paid for HARS Prime through our online shop we will refund this charge.
- unforeseen circumstances – in the unlikely event of an accident, emergency, power cut or any other unforeseen circumstance during the repair of your hearing aids we will contact you immediately to let you know that HARS Prime is not available and you will then receive our standard service and will be charged our standard rates. The HARS Prime charge would be refunded.
- The HARS Prime charge includes our priority repair service, delivery and VAT. It does not include our Standard Repair charge or Major Repair charge.
- Your hearing aids will be sent back to you using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service. Your parcel’s tracking number will be supplied at the time of dispatch.
- You must be available to sign for the delivery of your hearing aids.
- HARS Prime is subject to acceptance of HARS terms and conditions
- Acceptance of the above terms is a condition of the delivery or order contract. This does not affect your statutory rights.
