Standard Repair - £144.95 (+ £8.95 postage)
Our Standard Repair covers the repair or replacement of most components, giving you peace of mind that your device will be carefully restored to top working condition.
Major Repair - £179.95 (+ £8.95 postage)
If your hearing aid requires one of the following:
- a new rechargeable battery
- amplifier (main circuit)
- receiver wire
- re-shell/ re-plate for ITE devices
Then it is classified as a Major Repair. Major Repairs do carry a slightly higher cost; however, we will provide a full, no-obligation quote on all repairs before any work is carried out.
All repairs include:
- 6-month warranty for peace of mind
- FREE pack of batteries (6-pack) included with your return.
If you need your hearing aids back in a hurry our HARS Prime service could be for you. HARS Prime means you’ll receive our priority service and you’ll get your repaired hearing aids back within 48 hours of sending them to us*. This service costs an additional £50 (this price includes your return Postage by Royal Mail Special Delivery 1PM).

Regardless of age its vital that your hearing aids are cleaned and checked at least every 6 months. Enjoy all the benefits of regular Hearing Aid maintenance and prevent costly repairs with HARS Essential Servicing Price - £60 for one and £90 Per Pair (+£8.95 Postage)
(There is no warranty on our HARS Essential Servicing)
Hearing Aid Retube
We offer a Retube Service for Earmolds as well as Replacing Thin tubes and Rubber Domes for BTE Hearing Aids (NHS aids included).
You can either post your aids into us or just pop in and we will complete the repair within 30 minutes NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED (All repairs are subject to available parts).
Price - £12 per Hearing Aid (Repair subject to an additional £8.95 P&P charge if returning aids in the post).
If you have a problem with your hearing aid, we can help. Before you spend a large sum of money on a brand new hearing aid, send it in to us instead. Our highly trained and experienced technicians will assess the issues with your hearing aid. We'll then provide you with a free, no obligation quote. And if you decide you would like to go ahead, we'll repair your hearing aid and get it back to you within 3-4 days.
If you don't want us to proceed with the repair, we'll send your hearing back to you at no extra cost!
Terms and Conditions of Warranty
All our Standard and Major Repairs come with a 6‑month warranty, so you can feel confident your hearing aid is protected.
- If you had a Standard repair, your warranty covers everything included in that service.
- If you had a Major repair, your warranty covers both Standard and Major repairs.
If you return your hearing aid under a Standard Repair warranty and it turns out a Major Repair is needed, we’ll simply upgrade the service for you. You’ll only pay the difference (£35), and your warranty will continue to run until its original end date — now with full Major Repair coverage.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, accidents, unauthorised repairs, changes in ear physiology, normal wear and tear, exposure to solvents or aural secretions, or the loss or theft of the device. It also does not cover the need for a new ear mould, shell, or amplifier due to growth or changes over time.
The Hearing Aid Repair Shop (UK) Ltd recommends that all hearing aid users include their devices under their household insurance policy to protect against loss or accidental damage.
There is no 6 month warranty with our Essential Servicing or Retubing.
