Sending your hearing aids to us couldn't be easier

Follow our easy step by step guide to get your hearing aids repaired:

  1. Print out and compete our Hearing Aid Repair Form. If you don’t have a printer, simply write on a piece of paper your name, address, contact telephone number, email address and a description of the fault. You will need to do this even if you have bought your repair through our online store.
  2. To avoid damage in the post, wrap your hearing aid in tissue paper, kitchen roll or bubble wrap, then package it in a strong box or container. Make sure your hearing aid isn’t rattling around in the box/container, then insert your order form or written note before securely sealing your parcel.
  3. Choose how you would like to send your hearing aid to us:

Option 1

Post your hearing aid to us by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery to:

HARS (UK) LTD, Greenham Lodge, Pigeons Farm Road, Thatcham, Berkshire, RG19 8XA

We highly recommend this method as it is a secure, tracked and guaranteed way to get your hearing aids directly to us.

Option 2

Post your hearing aid to us using our Freepost address:

HARS (UK) Ltd, PO Box 6035, FREEPOST (SCE 13820), Thatcham, Berkshire, RG19 8WA

This is free of charge but it will take longer to get to us compared to Option 1.

For return by Christmas, please ensure we receive your broken hearing aids by Thursday 13 December.

What happens next?

Once we have received your hearing aid our technicians will take a look at it to see what work needs to be done. We will then contact you to confirm the price of the repair, as the final cost of your hearing aid repair may be higher than our standard repair charge of £88.95 if we have to replace parts. We won't proceed with any work until you have given us the go ahead. And if you decide not to go ahead with the repair, we will return your hearing aid to you at no extra cost.
