Sending your hearing aids to us couldn't be easier

If you'd like our technicians to take a look at your broken hearing aid, all you need to do is follow our easy step by step guide:

  1. Print out and complete our Hearing Aid Repair Form. If you don’t have a printer, simply write on a piece of paper your name, address, contact telephone number, email address and a description of the fault.
  2. To avoid damage in the post, wrap your hearing aid in tissue paper, kitchen roll or bubble wrap, then package it in a strong box or container. Make sure your hearing aid isn’t rattling around in the box/container, then insert your order form or written note before securely sealing your parcel.
  3. Post your hearing aid to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed or Royal Mail Tracked 24 to: HARS, Greenham Lodge, Pigeons Farm Road, Thatcham, Berkshire, RG19 8XA

What happens next?

  1. Once we've received your hearing aid our technicians will take a look at it to see what work needs to be done.
  2. We'll then contact you with your free, no obligation quote.
  3. If you decide you would like to go ahead, we'll repair your hearing aid and get it back to you within 3-4 days.
  4. You can pay, either on acceptance of our quote, or on the day we send your repaired hearing aid back to you. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or PayPal.
  5. If you don't want us to proceed with the repair, we'll send your hearing aid back to you at no extra cost.
