Sending your hearing aids to us couldn't be easier
If you'd like our technicians to take a look at your broken hearing aid, all you need to do is follow our easy step by step guide:
- Print out and complete our Hearing Aid Repair Form. If you don’t have a printer, simply write on a piece of paper your name, address, contact telephone number, email address and a description of the fault.
- To avoid damage in the post, wrap your hearing aid in tissue paper, kitchen roll or bubble wrap, then package it in a strong box or container. Make sure your hearing aid isn’t rattling around in the box/container, then insert your order form or written note before securely sealing your parcel.
- Post your hearing aid to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed or Royal Mail Tracked 24 to: HARS (UK) Ltd, Unit 48 (S1), Parkway, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 1AY
What happens next?
- Once we've received your hearing aid our technicians will take a look at it to see what work needs to be done.
- We'll then contact you with your free, no obligation quote . Please note - Check your Spam/Junk files regularly If you're using either GMAIL or HOTMAIL accounts.
- If you decide you would like to go ahead, we'll repair your hearing aid and get it back to you within 3-4 days.
- You can pay, either on acceptance of our quote, or on the day we send your repaired hearing aid back to you. Payment can be made by credit/debit card over the phone or online by PayPal.
- If you don't want us to proceed with the repair, we'll send your hearing aid back to you at no extra cost.
