Our services

Don't replace it - repair it

If you have a problem with your hearing aid, we can help. Before you spend a large sum of money on a brand new hearing aid, send it in to us instead. Our highly trained and experienced technicians will assess the issues with your hearing aid. We'll then provide you with a free, no obligation quote. And if you decide you would like to go ahead, we'll repair your hearing aid and get it back to you within 3-4 days.

Proceed with a hearing aid repair

If you don't want us to proceed with the repair, we'll send your hearing back to you at no extra cost.


How much does it cost?

Our Standard Repair costs £135 + £8.50 postage and includes repair/replacement of all components (except amplifiers, case and receiver wires). If your hearing aid does need a new amplifier, case or receiver wire that will be classed as a Major Repair, so we'll let you know the total cost when we contact you with your quote. Both  Standard and Major Repairs include a FREE pack of 6 batteries.


HARS Essential Servicing

Regardless of age its vital that your hearing aids are cleaned and checked at least every 6 months. Enjoy all the benefits of regular Hearing Aid maintenance and prevent costly repairs with HARS Essential Servicing Price - £60 for one and £90 Per Pair (+£8.50 Postage)

6 month warranty

Both our Standard and Major Repairs come with a 6 month warranty against component failure; excluding amplifiers, case and receiver wires (unless the amplifier, case or receiver wire was repaired/replaced as part of your original repair), to give you complete peace of mind.

The HARS warranty doesn't cover damage due to; improper handling, accident, unauthorised repair, changes to ear physiology, fair wear and tear, solvents and aural secretions, loss or theft of the device, growth or the need for a new earmould, case, amplifier or receiver wire (unless the amplifier, case or receiver wire was repaired/replaced as part of your original repair).

There is no warranty on our Clean and Check service.


HARS Prime

If you need your hearing aids back in a hurry our HARS Prime service could be for you. HARS Prime means you’ll receive our priority service and you’ll get your repaired hearing aids back within 48 hours*.
